Send us the PDF of your pool proposal, quote, or contract from any builder. You'll also tell us a few basics about the project — your region, the pool type, and anything specific you want us to focus on.
2. We confirm receipt
Once we have your file and payment, you'll get an email confirming your review is in the queue. The 48-hour clock starts then.
3. A retired pool contractor reviews it
A retired pool contractor reads every line: pricing, scope, equipment, plumbing spec, add-ons, warranty, payment terms, and change-order language. They're not competing for your job, so the opinion is honest and unbiased.
4. You get your written report
Emailed to you within 48 hours: what looks right, what looks off, what's missing, and a list of clear questions to bring back to your builder before you sign.
Turnaround
48 hours from the moment we receive both your file and your payment. If we need clarification, we'll email you — the clock pauses until you reply.
