Add a Design Review to your Quote Review for an extra $75. A retired pool contractor walks through your design and gives you an honest, unbiased opinion — what looks good, what you should add, what you should remove, and what you might be missing.
What we look at
- Overall layout and how the pool sits in the yard
- Traffic flow, deck space, and usable lounging areas
- Sun exposure, sightlines, and screening
- Feature placement — spa, tanning ledge, benches, water features
- Equipment pad location, access, and noise considerations
- Lighting plan and nighttime use
- Landscaping tie-in and future add-ons you'll want later
- Anything obvious that's missing — or that should probably come out
How to add it
Check the Design Review add-on when you submit your proposal. Include your design PDF — renderings, plan view, elevations, whatever the builder gave you — and we'll fold the design notes into your 48-hour report.
